We take pride in the quality and care of our handcrafted products and want you to be happy with your purchase.

 

Change of mind
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.

 

Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

 

Assessment
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.

 

Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Used or partially used candles
• Items damaged due to incorrect use
• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Due to the nature of handmade candles and custom gift boxes, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
